Ham Care Instructions
- Our Ham is fully cooked and ready to enjoy. For the very best flavor, serve cold or room temperature by removing from refrigerator a 1/2 hour prior to serving. We recommend not heating the Ham, it tends to dry out and lose flavor.
- Refrigerate unused portions immediately.
- If warming is desired, place portions of the Ham, wrapped in foil in a 300° oven 6-8 minutes per pound.
- Your Ham will stay fresh in the refrigerator, for up to 7 days. Unused portions of Ham approaching 7 days should be frozen. To freeze, tightly wrap the meat in meal size portions in foil and seal in an airtight plastic bag. The Ham can be frozen for up to 6 weeks.
To re-serve, thaw Ham in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours. Once thawed, refrigerated Ham will stay fresh for up to 2 days.
