Meat Care Instructions

• Our Ham is fully cooked and ready to enjoy. For the very best flavor, serve cold or room temperature by removing from refrigerator a 1/2 hour prior to serving. We recommend not heating the Ham, it tends to dry out and lose flavor.
• Refrigerate unused portions immediately.
• If warming is desired, place portions of the Ham, wrapped in foil in a 300° oven 6-8 minutes per pound.
• Your Ham will stay fresh in the refrigerator, for up to 7 days.
• Unused portions of Ham approaching 7 days should be frozen. To freeze, tightly wrap the meat in meal size portions in foil and seal in an airtight plastic bag. The Ham can be frozen for up to 6 weeks. Reserve the Ham bone to make tasty soups.
• To remove your slices from the bone just cut around the bone as if you were coring an apple. The slices can be easily removed from bone.
• To re-serve, thaw Ham in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours. Once thawed, refrigerated Ham will stay fresh for up to 2 days.

Turkey Breast Care Instructions

• Our Boneless Sliced Turkey Breast is fully cooked and ready to eat. For the very best flavor, serve cold or room-temperature by removing from refrigerator 1/2 hour prior to serving. We recommend not heating the Turkey Breast, it tends to dry out the meat and lose flavor.
• If warming is desired, place portions of the Turkey, wrapped in foil, in a 275° oven for 8-10 minutes per pound.
