Tender, juicy and full of our famous Smokey, Honey Spiced glazed flavor best describes our Bone-In Spiral Sliced Hardwood Smoked Honey Spiced Glazed Ham.  Our Hams begin with our pigs which are raised on sustainable family owned and operated farms in remote and pristine regions of the intermountain west. These pigs eat very well with high quality feed. Then finished off with wheat and barley. They are never fed antibiotics or hormones, for instance, ractopamine. We are so proud of our product and we are sure you will enjoy our ham for many occasions.

Ham Care Instructions

  • Our Ham is fully cooked and ready to enjoy. For the very best flavor, serve cold or room temperature by removing from refrigerator a 1/2 hour prior to serving. We recommend not heating the Ham, it tends to dry out and lose flavor.
  • Refrigerate unused portions immediately.
  • If warming is desired, place portions of the Ham, wrapped in foil in a 300° oven 6-8 minutes per pound.
    Your Ham will stay fresh in the refrigerator, for up to 7 days.
  • Unused portions of Ham approaching 7 days should be frozen. To freeze, tightly wrap the meat in meal size portions in foil and seal in an airtight plastic bag. The Ham can be frozen for up to 6 weeks. Reserve the Ham bone to make tasty soups.
  • To remove your slices from the bone just cut around the bone as if you were coring an apple.  The slices can be easily removed from bone.
  • To re-serve, thaw Ham in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours. Once thawed, refrigerated Ham will stay fresh for up to 2 days.
